Ruthven Sands Community Coven

OUR HISTORY

 

Ruthven Sands was originally formed in 2012 by Tammy Trotter "Lady Rowan" with several of her students as well as a few former coven members from Rowans first coven, Katarans Light. Ruthven Sands is located in Starr, SC. Our covenstead is a large sandbar next to a beautiful river nestled in the woods. We are far away from the crowd and noise of downtown Anderson. No "one" path is followed at Ruthven Sands except for "One Love". We embrace all paths and followers. We enjoy learning from other and while Lady Rowan leads most rituals, it is not uncommon practice for other Priestesses or students to lead a ritual from time to time. Ruthven Sands is available for community gatherings and for private rental.
